Do you require extra images on the document?
By default, Sage Accounting only allow one image, the company logo to be placed on the quote or invoice. Do you require additional images on the document?
Do you require your quote and invoice to look differently?
We can separate the quote and invoice layouts to have variations between them. As an example, you might opt not to display individual line item prices for quotes, but only for invoices.
Do you require a cover page?
You could have a cover page on the quote, invoice or both of the documents to perhaps showcase some of your expertise or relay important information to your client.
Do you want the header of the first page to be different?
We can have the first page of the quote look different than the consecutive page headers. An example is not to display the company and client information on every page.

Do you require to add comments or headings throughout the document with a different font or colour?
We have the ability to create spaces between your list of line items where you can create headings or special spaces for comments if you choose to break your document up in sections.
Do you require special calculations?
We can insert special calculations in your documents, for example, on the invoices, we can not only display the total outstanding amount on the client’s account, but also show values indicating how much has been allocated to the current invoice, the balance payable for the invoice as well as the total outstanding on the account, amongst other figures.
Do you require to manipulate the design on the go?
By using the “User defined fields” in sage, we can alter information or design specifics on the document based on the information you provide during the capturing of the quote or invoice. For example, if you wish to display a specific notice on that specific document only, or give that specific document’s recipient a discount, but with a condition that the payment should be made prior to a specific day, or show or hide specific layout items depending on your selection for that specific document. You could perhaps the first time you do a quote, display a list of all your certificate or qualification information to a client, but not display it for future quotes.
