
What is the benifit of applying design changes?
The default options available by default from sage is a very generic way of producing documents to your clients. These default designs, however functional, does not reflect your company’s brand image and also does not allow changing the names if using Trading As aliases.
Design options
1 Company / 1 Entity
If you only have 1 entity, we can modernise the layout and design of the documents you send out to clients.
This includes design updates like:
- Brand logo’s of the equipment your company uses
- Custom colourization of the document
- Layout changes to suite various printers like label or slip printers
- Alter which info gets displayed on the document
Multiple Entities
If your company trades as various entities, Sage will produce the main company name as the sender information. We can alter the name and logo to reflect the Trading As entity’s details.
This includes design updates like:
- All of the design updates of a single entity
- Reflect the Trading As entity’s name and/or logo on the document when issuing a document for that entity
- Different layout to suite the unique requirements of the alternative entity
- Colour changes between the various entity’s
- Different banking details between the entities

Important information to remember when making selections
1 Entity
When you require some design changes to a single document for a single entity. This means the name that will be displayed on the document and the logo does not change.
Multiple Entities
Even if you have 1 login, but require different names or logos, it is considered as multiple entities. This is ideal if you are trading as various names.
